Kisi bhi product ke page par “Buy Now” ya “Order on WhatsApp” button dabayein aur apni details fill karein.
🔹 Delivery kitne din mein hogi?
Zyada tar orders 5–7 working days mein pahuch jaate hain. Metro cities mein delivery aur bhi fast hoti hai.
🔹 Payment options kya hain?
UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking aur Cash on Delivery – sab secure aur trusted gateways ke through.
🔹 Return kaise karein?
Product receive hone ke 1 din ke andar WhatsApp ya “Contact Us” page se return request bhejein.
🔹 Agar product damaged ho?
Turant product ki photo bhejein – hum verify karke return ya exchange approve karte hain.
🔹 Customer care se kaise baat karein?
WhatsApp, Email ya Call – jisme aap comfortable ho, wahi use karein. Hum jaldi response dete hain.
🔹 Order cancel ho sakta hai kya?
Sirf defective/damaged item hone par cancel allowed hai. “Mujhe pasand nahi aaya” wali condition par cancel/return allowed nahi hai.
